Jimmy Barton Jr. serves as Managing Director and Lead Broker of Sansone Residential Collective, representing buyers, sellers, and investors across the Greater St. Louis region. Jimmy has closed over 235 residential transactions totaling more than $70 million in volume since 2019. He is highly experienced in all aspects of residential sales, including luxury homes, land and ranch properties, and investment real estate. In addition to leading agent development, marketing strategy, and client services for the Collective, Jimmy continues to personally represent clients, ensuring every transaction reflects the professionalism and client-first values that define Sansone Group.
